Does anyone understand the returns process any more?
There were some changes to returns in the last few months. Since then, every return seems to confuse me in a new way.
The latest one is “accidental order” and has been auto authorised. This is fine so far. The last ones like this have resulted in Amazon sending a returns label and charging me. I’ve then deducted the cost of the label from the refund.
However, for this one, while it’s been auto authorised, in the returns centre there’s a red box saying “label required”. In the return page there are options for me to upload a label.
Anyone know what the score with it is? Nothing in the return email to suggest I have to take further action. Do I need to upload a label now? And if so, why? Can I go back to Amazon doing it?

another poster posted a message from seller support last week stating that until they can sort out the issue with not being able to provide VAT invoices for RM returns labels, they have suspended using RM return labels and Hermes are not available in all areas

Hazmat? That’s probably the most likely.

In fact, I won’t look for the post because you looked for it for me! Thanks again!
