One Time Password

I keep getting asked for a One Time Password (OTP) everytime I log on, even though I tick the box not asking for it with my browser.

Does anybody know why this is happening ?

I don’t know but the same is happening here as well. I am on Chrome.

Are you logging on with your buyer email address? I use Chrome and am not getting this.

Your browser is clearing cookies at the end of your session.
You need to enable the Amazon cookies or stop your browser from auto deleting at all .
The auto cleaning of cookies is clearing the setting that you ticked…
