UK/CA test report not accepted

Hi this product is a travel plug adapter. I am trying to comply with Uk/Ca. i have submitted UK/CA test report from my supplier, but amazon keep rejecting it saying they need a test certificate from a uk or EU notified body. although they won't say directly what the exact problem is with the one i have sent, i have come to the conclusion they will only accept certificates from uk or eu notified body and not the one supplied from my manufacturer.

Does this mean i have to have the item tested myself? and submit the documentation? as this would be extremely expensive according to my research and then amazon could still reject it. Has anyone encountered a similar problem and found a solution? many thanks
