Amazon holding all of my money in "Account Level Reserve" someone please help...

Hi all

I really need some help here.

Amazon are holding all of my money in "Account Level Reserve" and has been doing so for many weeks.

See the below for context

- I am not a new seller (been selling actively for 7+ years)

- Account health is all good

- Used to be able to do on-demand disbursements, cannot any longer

- Amount held in reserve has continued to increase, until it is now 100% of my earnings in reserve.

I cannot think why this could be happening.

- The only thing that has happened recently is that my sales volume has increased, but surely they realise this was to happen around this time of year due to the items I am selling (some xmas themed).

__

Can someone please provide some advice on this...

I have the same problem. I have been selling on amazon for over 15 ears and never had this cash flow problem before. I know they are now paying out when items get delivered then keeping funds for another 7 days but my account is getting ridiculous. they now have nearly £6000 of my money and today I was only allowed to bank £300 each day my reserve amount is going up and the amount of funds I can bank going down. playing havoc with cash flow and Christmas needs paying for ! what can we do !! I get the feeling absolutely nothing, and this is just the next level amazon are going to to screw us small businesses over. I need help and sounds like you need help. !!

what can be done ? any advice welcome

have you checked your performance notifications? We had the same problem last month, after calling Seller Support, just realized there is one notification that requested supporting documents to verify your account again. Also, check if your bank account/card information is up to date. They might hold your fund when your card nearly expires.
