Amazon e-mail.. but in Chinese!

I just got an e-mail from Amazon Europe asking me to submit deals with a list of ASINS they recommend… What is strange is other then the product names the whole message was in Chinese! I couldn’t actually see any links to click in the e-mail so not sure if it’s a spam/scam message, however, if it was wouldn’t be a very good idea to send us a message in Chinese to UK based sellers to try and convince them to click a link… anyone else got them?
