Disbursements - Why so long to recieve?
Why do Amazon disbursements take so long?
According to disbursement log Amazon send money my bank, bank acknowledges day after - but it is not actually credited to my account for another 7-8 days.
Is the fault Amazon or my bank (Santander)?
My ebay disbursements appear same day they made - so I am assuming it is actually Amazon causing the delay.

They have always taken 4 days for me.
But they did do an experiment a while back to move over to faster payments, which didn’t go right.
No doubt at some point, they will actually do it.
But it’s very much Amazon and the way they do the transfers.
It can be very frustrating to know that money is just hanging around in the ether, waiting to get to you.

Yes usually it is 4 days (which is bad enough) - but last 3 disbursements have taken 7
Can anyone check if theres are also now taking 7 days?

That’s actually Amazon’s bank acknowledging their request to move the money, not your bank.
