'Customise now' not showing correctly in all of my listings
Hi there wondering if anyone can offer any advice on an issue which has recently developed yesterday/saturday. All of my items are customisable and usually i’ve had a yellow ‘Customise now’ box in my listings now this has been removed and instead replaced with ‘See all buying options’ this is having a big impact on sales, I have raised with amazon but havent recieved a response as of yet. just wondering if anyone has had a similiar issue. This has affected all of my listings those with variants and those without so it has to be an amazon issue or somethings been changed on their end.

Sounds like you have lost the buy box.

Yes I have this also - 0% Buy box on all listings.
Have been told no BB it’s definitely because of ODR being over 1% (Customers can still click on see other offers and eventually see the yellow customize now button. - There are none as I’m the only seller - but customers are not click through so dead in the water.
Been told by seller support the lack of the customise button should be reported to a team that deals with it, (sorry not bothered to find although it had customise in the title as I’m quite likely to be kicked off Amazon shortly because of three parcels never arrived A-Zs.
Sense of doom is slightly lifting as I see a future with out all this rubbish.
