Last day I received Counterfeit Without a Test Buy, This happened on 16th march 2022. I appealed but they did not accept every time because i have no invoice in evidence. last day my account health was good no issue with account even I am not working form last 70 days. suddenly they showed to me your

I am very upset because I buy fba stock and its ready to ship. Can anyone tell me what I do now? at this current status of my account. is it safe to go with fba?

You have been very lucky to have only a violation and not to have had your account suspended.
I would absolutely advise against sending anything to FBA until you understand how this happened and are 100% sure it isn’t going to happen with this next batch of stock. If they decide that this too is counterfeit and your account is deactivated they will not return it to you.
What is it that you are selling and where did you buy it (ie UK wholesaler/Alibaba)?

Have you bought your new items from proper wholesalers? Have you listed them using the barcode on the item?

You won’t be able to get the violation removed unless you can prove that it was given to you in error, which you can’t without invoices.
Your account will be fine assuming that you are buying your stock from legitimate wholesalers, and are adding your offer to the correct listing - pay close attention to the brand name, and do add your offer to a listing unless your product comes with that brand name (in the example ASIN you give your product should have had Beldray on it somewhere.
be very careful with FBA stock as a counterfeit warning can often come with them destroying stock if you can not prove it is not counterfeit.
You may be best starting off with FBM until you familiarise yourself with Amazon and the warning has dropped off, which should hopefully happen next month.

Jilly is correct, it will remain on your account for 180 days (6 months) as is stated in their email to you.
Which type of wholesaler are you using, your definition of a ‘proper’ wholesaler may not be Amazon’s definition. Do they sell to the public (eg. Booker) because, if they do, your invoices are not acceptable.
Can I just say that, in English, it is quite rude to address women as ‘Dear’, I know you don’t mean it that way but it can come across a bit patronising

You need to email the Brand Owner (you would have received its email address in the very first email of this Counterfeit infringement) and convince them that you purchased this product from legitimate supplier and only they can help you get this counterfeit claim removed. Sending anything to Amazon will be of no use.
If you don’t do anything about this, you might be safe for the time being but one or more such complaint could put your account suspended.
