AM SO CONFUSED! Help Order Defect Rate
guys i need help, order defect rate gone up
got a a-z complain stating
Customer issue- Package did not arrive
Customer comments- Refused delivery
If the package never came how are you refusing delivery, this is so weird

Others might know better than me but I think if you buy shipping through Amazon with tracking then you can get the defect removed.

Or it was attempted to be delivered to the wrong address and refused, or the package is so beaten up they refused to accept it.

But if the package has not been received you need to refund them even if they refused the package.
Has the package been returned to you if so you should have refunded by now?
If it has not been returned then you may be able to appeal the defect but you will still be responsible for the refund.
How was the postage paid for was it Amazon Buy Shipping with tracking as the defect shouldn’t then count against you.
