Should I Shut Down My FBM Listing Now My FBA stock has arrived?
Hi,
I have finally been able to restock my FBA listings but whilst I’ve not been able to ship stock into Amazon I have been using FBM.
Should I now keep both listings live or should I shut down the FBM versions? Should I shut down advertising on the FBM listing and just keep the advertising for FBA?
Any advice would be welcomed.

Why not keep both active?
As long as you have no issue with doing shipping yourself, it means that if you run out of stock on one, you will have the other listing active.

Hi Neil,
Thanks for that. Your advice matches what I thought, I guess I just wanted to check that one listing wouldn’t negatively affect the other. I’m happy to have 2 bites at the cherry if there would be no obvious ‘penalties’ for doing so.
Thanks for getting back to me.

Spot on, then 1 FBA and 1 FBM it is. Thanks again.

FBA will win the buy box all the time they are in stock so your FBM offering wouldn’t be using up ad revenue even if you did have it.
I usually offer everything FBM as well as FBA as I offer free postage FBM (which costs the same as the FBA fee) so that non-Prime customers can get it delivered for the same price as Prime customers if they think to click through.

Excellent, I’m glad you already have success doing what I was hoping I could do. Thank you very much for taking the time to respond.
