Brand Registry Verification Code
Have applied for Brand Registry and have received a verification code, but what do I do with it? The link at the bottom of the web page doesnt work!
Has anyone else figured this out?

I had the same issue. I found the open case relating to my application and I asked that question and copied the whole email below. My application was subsequently approved within 24 hours.

When you applied for Brand Registry, Amazon would open a case with Short Description “Brand Registry request for (your brand name)”. If you could not find the case, try search “brand registry”. Reply the case with the verification code and case ID and it’s done. Good luck.

Talking from a personal bad experience. I would not waste your time or money with Amazon’s brand registry. After paying to register my brand with IPO and waiting the long period of time it takes to have the trademark published Amazon still haven’t registered my brand!
They have been claiming for over 6 weeks now that there are a technical problem and a backlog in the number of brands they have to register and that why it taking so long, but I shouldn’t worry because I am a priority!!!
More like a priority to get the same crappy email telling me they looking into issue every week. If it not sorted by end of next week I might send Amazon the invoice for IPO registration since it was one of there team who advised to do the whole brand registration process in the first place!!!

I found the process for brand registration approval quite straight forward and completed within a couple of days.
I received the verification code which is sent to email address of the registered brand owner and a day later Amazon reached out asking for it with opening a new case within seller central…
However since then its been a nightmare with trying to link my products to the brand store… Not one product is shown regardless of setting the “brand field” and after numerous emails I’ve now been informed its a broad issue effecting many people and that they are now aiming to fix this very soon.
