All items with same SKU are Syncing across all Marketplaces - NOT using BIL

All my stock items with the same SKU are linking the stock quantities across ALL marketplaces, I change the quantity in the UK for example and the stock quantity updates in Germany, I wish to confirm before anyone suggests deleting the connection in BIL… I AM NOT USING BIL there are not any connections in that screen whosoever, I have never used BIL and all listings in each marketplace were created manually, any suggestions why this is occurring would be most welcome.
