I’m reaching out for advice and support regarding a prolonged funds hold on our Amazon seller account. Our business, Alright Supps General Trading Co LLC, has been a registered retailer in the UAE, operating under a government trade license and VAT certification. We have been selling through Amazon for over a year, including stores in both UAE and KSA, and we serve hundreds of satisfied customers on daily basis.

Issue Summary:

In the past few months, Amazon has withheld 85,000 Riyals from our account, labeling our activity as “deceptive or fraudulent.” This was based on feedback from only a few customer incidents, despite our high standards and transparency. We have submitted all required documents—including bank statements, supplier invoices, trade license, and supply chain details—yet our funds remain frozen.

Actions Taken:

We have cooperated fully, providing every document requested to verify our business’s authenticity and legitimacy.

We invited Amazon to verify our store and suppliers on-site to further confirm our compliance.

Amazon previously conducted a verification but incorrectly marked our account as fraudulent. We have requested an immediate re-verification, as the original decision is not accurate. We are prepared to cooperate fully to clear up this misunderstanding.

Impact:

The delayed disbursement of our funds has put immense strain on our business, affecting our ability to pay vendors, support our team, and fulfill operational commitments. We are prepared to take any necessary legal action if this situation remains unresolved, as these funds are critical to our business survival.
