My customer reported me for an order he didn’t receive while it shows in tracking code that it was delivered …
In the meantime I have solved it with customer
and she marked it as resolved
My question is
Can my customer still delete his claim
i hope it doesn’t stay on your ODR

Thank you for getting in touch, with regards to the claim, you can raise a dispute and attach the required proof so it does not impact your Account Health. If the claims is withdrawn, it will not affect your ODR even if it reflects; it will be taken as an exception. Please get in touch with Seller Support Team to get further assistance.

Yes, a buyer can withdraw an A-Z claim. However, in our experience and we’ve had a few like this over the years, it is very rare that a claim is ever actually withdrawn, regardless of what the buyer says, unfortunately. But good luck.
