What is the best way to list my specialist swimwear

My swimwear is specially created for people that suffer from bowel incontinence. When listing under fashion and swimwear, it attracts audience that are not really going to be my customer and advertising is going to be costly under that. Under medical devices and incontinence products, it is difficult as by CE standards, it is not classed as a medical device. So what is the best way to classify and for marketing, my incontinence swimwear? It wiould be interesting to hear. Also I am using FBA and Amazon has not really been succesful in obtain Product reviews from our customers, which is a big pity. Without reviews for the past 8 months, we are not going to succeed using Amazon.
