New Seller, When Do I Get Paid?
We have been selling on Amazon since the 4th of December 2023 and it has now been over a month, I have read online that new seller accounts take 30 days before the first payout and then after that funds are paid every 14 days but we are still yet to receive our first payment. We have a portion of our balance that we can request payment which we have tried but have still not received any payment into our bank account even though it has been a week.
How much longer will we have to wait to get our money?

Is your account fully verified and showing as active/valid?
Is your LTD company up and running and matches your bank account information?
Do you have your bank details up to date and correct? as transfer usually take a matter of days and should not take longer than a week.
Does the transfer state that is has been "acknowledge by your bank"?
