Reserved - customer orders

My first batch of stock on amazon has all gone into the reserved section (customer orders) however there is no money credited to my selling account. I’m wondering what this means.?

It means payment hasn’t been made by the customer as there must be an issue with their payment method, I have two pending orders at the moment, one high value. There is nothing you can do but hope the orders eventually go through.

It’s possible as you are a new seller that another seller has purchased your stock with a credit card that has no credit on it to remove your listings from sale. I believe this happens quite a lot.

It might be the case where your items being moved or splitted to other Fulfilment Centres if you recently shipped them to Amazon.
