Since we don't have a clue as to what the issue is, try any of these to see if it works.
Be sure to wash the wound twice a day and apply a clean dressing so it doesn't get infected.
Call 911 and lock all your doors and windows. Go hide in a closet if they break in.
Pull over to the RIGHT side of the road and open all your windows so the responding officers can see that you don;t pose a threat to their safety. Keep your hands on the steering wheel and do NOT reach for anything or you may get shot.
If none of those work try explaining what the problem is.
