Dear Amazon Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
My account is deactivated due to Business address verification. I have submitted all the required information but the verification team didn't accepted the information. the portal where I should upload new statement is not showing and I'm unable to to upload the documents. I also tried to use the amazon seller support but the is nothing helpful. When I use the (Reactivate my account) option there is nothing where I can try to reactivate my account. Only a page appears where my information is listed but I can't make changes. I can't contact Amazon seller support through chat and call only Email option is enable but whenever i email them they respond with the below statement (This issue is not related to us)
Please help me with this issue
