I cannot locate my returned product

Hello dear friends, I had sold a product, the customer filed a return and got refunded, but now I cannot find whereabout my products, neither the customer is replying back to me with the shipment detail if it is shipped anyways, I doubt it, or despite the number of times I contacted amazon sellers support divisions nobody knows where my product is?

I really do not know what to do next, my product is expensive one :(

Leave it alone. Amazon is now blocking buyers returns from who been identified as abusing the return system. Do Nothing. If the buyer contacts you asking for a refund personally, simply say no, and tell them Amazon requires an Authorized Return for a refund. They will complaim, but send the same message over, and over, and over.

Can you tell me if you have an international or domestic return address? In most cases when sellers report a buyer being refunded, but there seems to be no return shipment tracking it usually due to a lack of domestic return address.

If a seller's return address is located outside of the United States, they are automatically in returnless refunds. You can learn more about returns for international sales here.

However, if you do have a domestic return address located here in the US, go ahead and share your order ID with me and I'll take a closer look.
