We still have notifications from Amazon EU that we need to submit GPSR Manufacturer, GPSR Responsible Person, as well as the GPSR: warning and safety information, even though we have already submitted the information and it shows that it has been verified.

Please advise.

Hi everyone,

A bit confused with the seller central requirements for the GPSR submissions.

I have submitted manufacturer information, EU representative information & the safety information but the Product Policy Compliance page is still showing the "Submit" buttons for each of those items - How am I supposed to know if my submissions have been accepted?

I don't want to fall foul of these requirements especially as I have done all the work to get this done.

If anyone could help me with this - that would be great!

Hi Team,

We have listings which have been flagged in several marketplaces for GPSR compliance.

We request Amazon to provide an example as to how to submit the information. Most of the ASIN's where we have submitted the information are "Under review" for over two weeks.

Is there a template to do this in bulk?

Can somebody help us with the steps and know how to make changes? Seller support does not seem to have any answers.
