Unable to Schedule Pending Orders Due to Technical Issues
Hi Everyone,
I received an email from Easy Ship reminding me to schedule six pending orders before the deadline today. However, due to a technical issue, I am unable to schedule the pickups. The system displays an error: “Due to pick-up or delivery constraints, slot is currently not available for this shipment.”
This has resulted in zero new orders for today, and I’m concerned about the impact on my account and order flow.
Has anyone else faced this issue? How do you suggest resolving this or ensuring pending orders are processed in time?
