Read onlyWe are UK based establishment. We sell goods on Amazon UK website. Amazon is claiming that HMRC is giving them a notification that we are not UK based establishment. We have contacted HMRC and HMRC provided us written confirmation with our address mentioned in the UK but still amazon is not accepting. We have provided more than 20 documents including director and business bank statements, storage rent receipts etc.
We are very desperate to make payments to our suppliers and staff since our disbursement is on hold.
Please help us to get this sorted.
Are any of your directors based overseas, and are you using a virtual address here in UK ? Amazon do not seem to like either of these as proof of UK establishment.
