Sales Ranks Disappear
All of a sudden my product B0BTYGNZPL is no longer visible in the sales rankings and my product disappeared in the sales rankings. I have no idea what happened and Amazon has not given me a solution so far.
My product is still in the category DIY & Tools > Kitchen & Bath Fixtures > Water Filtration & Softeners > Replacement Filters > Replacement Faucet Water Filters, but I can't find it anywhere in this category. I can't find my product in this category. I don't know what's going on here.
Does anyone else have the same problem? What did you do to fix it?

is there any search suppression going on? I only ask as the primary image is against amazons image policies, including various views of the product and props, so it could be a reason for search suppression.

Usually when that happens, it means that robot has changed browse nodes on the ASIN. You just have to live with it really, unless you want to jump onto the 360 degree wheel of torture for a month or two. We have two with the same issue, but with a policy of not opening cases via SS, we've just let robot have it's way. Both items do still sell fortunately, just not at the rate they should.
