Brand Analytics in the UK
I’m a registered brand however I can’t see Brand Analytics in the Repots section of Seller Central as I am supposed to. Can someone advise?
(I also have no idea how to contact Amazon - support seems like black hole).

According to the Amazon help page, you can find Brand Analytics under the Reports tab in Seller Central.
However, this feature is only available to sellers who own a brand. The seller must be internal to the brand and responsible for selling the brand on Amazon.
If you do not have access to this feature, you have not been identified as a seller who meets these criteria as defined by the Amazon Brand Registry. If you believe that you do fit these criteria, please contact Seller Support.

Once you are on the “Contact us” page, select the appropriate option from the menu on the left side.
