AddressPal? Missing info in address?
I have a order going to AddressPal which I have never had before, I’ve had a look online and can see it’s a forwarding company.
The customer has only put his name should he have included a Id/box number as well?
Will the order still reach him without it?

Ship the order to the address as provided in the order details.
I am also using a freight forwarding company in the UK and there is no letter box or ID, they provided me just an address with my name as the addressee and the rest is the address.

AddressPal are a forwarding company owned by the Irish postal service. Customers register, shop online in the UK or USA and have their item sent to a UK or USA AddressPal centre for onward transmission to their address or a convenient collection point in Ireland. The UK delivery address should include an APW or APXXB reference number, so the centre know where to forward the item to. If they fail to use their reference number, the item may not be delivered and they will have to contact the forwarding centre to sort this out.
So my advice would be to contact the buyer to ask them for the APW or APXXB reference number.
