Section 3 issue at New Seller Account
Hello Everyone
I recently open the Amazon seller account in UK only and till now not started any selling of product.

- First, I got the notice to book the verification i.e., on 5th June so I booked the verification call, which going to be held on 29th June. But same time got the below email from Amazon.

- On 9th June I received below email related to Section 3, so 2 separate issue open in my case.
As I mention I open the account in UK only so not sure how the account open in other market, now what I need to do further I am blank as I am very new to the business.
Email from Amazon on 9th June
Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon’s Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled. Funds will not be transferred to you but will be held in your account while we work with you to address this issue. This may take up to 90 days, but funds may be held longer. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account.
Why is this happening?
You have a separate account PUREBIZ which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the PUREBIZ Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.

on your UK account at the top of the dashboard, how many marketplaces are listed ?

Thanks for the reply , I checked all the market places where I need to do verification .
In Mexico and Canada they shows 2 things
- Your account has been deactivated.
- Your method of deposit is missing .
But for USA they asked 3 things
- Your account has been deactivated.
- Your method of deposit is missing .
- You need to provide tax information
As I am only registered in UK market and not planning to do anything in USA market . So how can provide USA tax information? Any idea please share

Is this attempt the only time that you tried to open an Amazon account? Did you kind of start before, cancel then start again at all?
