I’m seeking guidance regarding loss of Featured Offer (Buy Box) eligibility across multiple ASINs, which started on 24 December and has not recovered since.

Account & performance overview:

Account Health Status: Healthy (532)

Order Defect Rate: 0.01%

Negative Feedback: 0%

Chargebacks: 0%

Late Dispatch Rate: 0.1%

Pre-Fulfilment Cancellation Rate: 0%

Valid Tracking Rate: 99.87%

On-Time Delivery Rate: 99.7%

We strictly follow Amazon policies, ensure product authenticity and quality, and maintain excellent customer service. There are no active policy violations or enforcement actions on the account.

Despite this, several ASINs lost Featured Offer eligibility simultaneously on 24 December. I contacted Seller Support and requested a review and guidance; however, the responses received were generic and did not identify any ASIN-level issues or corrective actions.

Looking for advice on:

Possible reasons for a sudden Buy Box loss across multiple ASINs while the account remains healthy

Whether there are hidden ASIN-level eligibility checks or flags that sellers cannot see

How to successfully request a manual Featured Offer / Buy Box specialist review, especially when Seller Support is unable to provide further assistance

For any of the mods to look into it you need to have opened a case with Seller Support, quote the case ID and tag in some of the mods, otherwise they will not see your post.
