Where can I see reason for refund initiated
Hi ,
For an FBA item, I am receiving "Refund initiated " email from Amazon saying that the a refund has been initiated -
Does anyone know where can I see what the reason was for the return and whether the item has been returned?

Once the item has arrived back with Amazon you can see the reason under reports. Just go to Reports > Fulfillment by Amazon > FBA Customer Returns.
This will also let you see any customer comments
(if nothing is showing there then nothing has been received back within Amazon yet)

It does not mean the Buyer has lied though to get a free shipping return.
Most know say it is faulty, not as advertised etc, and no cost to return, or tell the truth and it costs £3.99 to return.
Then Amazon do not look after it anyway, so not worth anything by the time back with you usually and Amazon say terms you agreed say your own risk when selling FBA, so no compensation

The refund reason is normally included in the e-mail, also, you will be able to learn more once the units get returned back to your inventory, this should be within 45 days past the refund date.
