Why is my delivery time 2 Weeks when competitors Have Same Day or 2-Day Delivery?

Hello everyone,

I’m a new seller on Amazon, and I’m facing an issue with my delivery times. My product is taking 2 weeks to be delivered to customers, while my competitors are offering same-day or 2-day delivery.

I’m using Amazon’s fulfillment services for shipping. My account has the setting Automated handling time enabled, Default handling time 1 day

Could anyone help me understand why there’s such a long delay and what I can do to shorten the delivery time?

Could be they have product in an Amazon warehouse closer to the shipped to location.
