Fake 1 star review
Dear Support team
I've reported a fake review under my product several times but I see no case ID being created. I have then submitted a complaint via the violations tool on the health dashboard, Complaint ID: 12278510242 but the health team is unable to follow up. The review is fake as it starts with the comment "purchased elsewhere" - but I do not sell elsewhere. Could you please investigate this ?
This review is harming my business.

if it’s a product review - and not seller feedback- then Amazon don’t require it to be purchased on their site!!

Amazon takes review authenticity seriously, and these reports do get investigated, though sometimes the process can take a bit longer than we'd like. You mentioned the team "was unable to follow up", did you recieve a closure message from case x10242?

How do you know it is a 'fake' review?
What is the ASIN?
What does the review say?
Unless is it something like the chocolate taste is vile, 1 star. BUT, you are selling a washing machine, so it cannot be that product. Then, unlikely the review will be removed.
I even had one with a swear word in it (long ago), but the Buyer used a '@' instead of an 'a' in the swear word, and I was told that was ok!
Reviews are subjective, and as someone else said it could have been bought elsewhere. So, the person might say: 'the chocolate had a white outer tinge to it, it had a stale taste, as if it had not been stored properly, but the sell by date was only 2 days after I bought it'. - You may sell with a 3 month or more sell by date, so you know you did not sell that, but they may have bought it from another Seller on Amazon, or even from Tesco on offer.
Until Amazon only allows reviews from Buyers on Amazon, anyone can add anything. That is why 100 Chinease friends can add a review and within 2 days of a new item being listed it has all 5 star reviews.
