Stock received is less than sent
Shipment was received by Amazon with only 13 items. 2 items are missing. I took a photo of the box before I sealed and shipped clearly showing all 13 items. Amazon say they have done 3 investigations and 2 items were missing.
This is not the 1st time Amazon has lost stock that has 100% been sent. It’s also not the 1st time amazon is refusing to take responsibility for this. I can only assume my stock is being stolen by staff. I can not think of any other reason.
In the same shipment 3 other items were accepted into stock. A few days later they disappeared and this is currently being investigated.
How can I trust Amazon to look after my stock in they don’t take responsibility for losing my stock? It’s so frustrating getting the run around each time this happens.
What can I do?

I’ve also had this happen on many occasions. What I have found more recently is when I’ve sent a pallet in, and it’s been supposedly short (It never is as it’s always full cases sent), the next pallet may have an issue against it, as it supposedly has extra…On more than one occasion the two have tallied up, so it has been a counting error.
I’ve also had items show as active inventory and a couple of days later disappear, and amazon claim never to have had them…I always screenshot everything now as proof.
Also have 200 items missing in one of the new warehouses, that were sent in with a box order. I’ve had a couple of investigations against this, one ongoing, as they claimed not to have received it. When I was able to prove they had, the stock was never scanned in. They are currently trying to find it…2 months later. £1500 of stock missing…Very frustrating.

And just like that… the 2 missing items are showing as in stock (even though they are still showing as missing from the shipment).
What more evidence to they need that whatever system they have in place, that they love to quote to deflect responsibility, it’s clearly very broken.
