Invalid Asin error
Hi
I am trying to add some Lego to my shipment. I have added the product to my inventory but it is not appearing in the list in the “send to amazon” shipment process.
When I try to add it by clicking on the SKU and the send inventory button it comes up with “Invalid Asin” in red text.
This ASIN already has multiple sellers so I don’t understand what is happening

Have you added it as an FBA offer and not FBM ?
Have you sold lego before? And are you ungated for it ?

I am ungated for Lego, I’ve sold plenty before but not this particular ASIN. I added it as FBA

I had the same issue on an unrelated ASIN, it turned that the Item Dimensions weren’t set up correctly. The package dimensions were correct but it was the item dimensions that were causing the issue.
