Best Practice to Run Campaign at Specific Hours

Hello,

I have never received any order at night time (between 11pm to 8am). So i want to run campaign from 8am to 11pm.

What is the best practice to do that?

Scheduling is there but it is about 'increasing' budget during specific hours (I guess experienced individual would understand this).

1. So, is 'pausing and resuming' the best option?
2. At what time (of the next day) the campaign would re-starts when 'Daily Budget' is exhausted?
