Food and Product Safety Issues - Account Performance

Hope you are well.
Regarding product safety issues, we appealed couple with Amazon, they ask for documents, we provide them, they state they need others. We provide that and they keep asking for more and more.
We are at a point where we are happy to just not sell those particular products and NOT relist the ASIN.
Amazon on the “suppression due to safety and/or non-compliance issue(s)” email, they state this:
“You will not be penalised for the first-time removal of these listings. However, we prohibit re-listing of the affected product(s) on the Amazon.co.uk marketplace. Note that further listing of these affected product(s) on the Amazon.co.uk marketplace may result in the removal of your selling privileges.”
Hence, if we just remove the listing and are not interested in selling that further. I know it will stay on our account health dashboard for 180 days, but could our account be deactivated because of it or are we safe in that respect?
