Setting up FBA in Ireland

I have just set up a limited company as advised by an accountant over there. I'm an Irish resident, but there are no Amazon FBA centers' here. I planned to trade from UK and across the EU. The original plan was to send products to sorting centres in UK who would forward them to Amazon Fba centres in England. However, due to my own stupidly just realised that I should of setup everything In Ireland due to tax reasons and got my products sent to a sorting centre in Germany and traded across the EU and UK. I have spent last few months trying relentlessly to set this up. My question is, should I just continue with this Uk company or should I start from scratch and just set up in Ireland.

Have you done your VAT registration?

Assuming you mean southern ireland I would have thought it is better to trade from there into the EU but I dont claim to be an expert. If you do start from scratch though, dont start a new Amazon account and also consider the costs of the ltd and closing it down

set up in USA instead. Amazon UK just became a mess for us all. Search "VAT" in forums to get a good understanding of how badly things have got.
