Prime Fulfillment Fees

by Seller_kh77A9MtOsq7P

Hello
Need some help, cant seem to find the right answer. If a product has a £4 FBA fulfillment fee, and the customer is Prime, they get free delivery. If the customer is not prime, they pay extra for delivery…

For the prime customer, does Amazon cover the cost of the fulfillment or does that come out of our margin?

If the customer is not prime, the delivery charge will net off the fulfillment fee, so margin is higher?

Only talking about Prime, not MFN.

you pay a fulfilment fee whether or not the customer is prime - in your example £4

if the customer has to pay any extra for delivery, amazon charge it and keep it

the fulfilment fee is just that - the charge for labour, packaging etc - its not technically just a delivery cost
