Hi Sellers out there!
I want some help! I was trying to do Brand Registry and amazon sent me a verification code to my email for verification of trademark and asked to reply in 10 days. It's been 5th day and I couldn't find any way to reply to the case ID. When I go to Brand applications and click on case ID of my pending application. Amazon says "This is not a valid case for ACUF4B*********. Please click here to see your list of active case."
I have contacted Seller Support to ask for their help but it wasn't much helpful and Brand Registry is not allowing to open a case until at least 1 brand is registered.
