Changing shipping settings help
Is it possible to change the national shipping from 3 to 5 days to something like 5 to 7? When I try to modify my shipping settings 3 to 5 days is the longest option possible. I live in a small town and the post office moves very slowly which has already resulted in a customer receiving his package a day or two late. Anyone know if this is possible?

If this is in relation to your other thread then you should mention that you are referring to Germany as your domestic market. [Whilst that may not affect the shipping settings it may affect the way readers view your comment re the post office.
You will need to create new shipping templates and assign your SKU’s to the appropriate templates to create a longer shipping time than the default one.
_# Modify transit time _
Transit Time (previously known as Shipping Time) is the time between when you hand the order over to your carrier until its delivery to the buyer’s address. Transit time is part of the delivery time calculation displayed on the offer listing and checkout page:
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays)
_To modify your transit time, follow the steps below: _
1. Go to Delivery Settings.
2. Under the Delivery Templates tab, select the delivery template that you want to edit.
3. Click Edit Template on the right hand side of the screen.
4. Select the Shipping option and Regions option that you want to configure.
5. Modify the transit time by selecting the drop down menu under the Transit Time excluding handling time column.
6. Repeat for as many Shipping options and Regions as needed.

The available shipping times which you are seeing always depend on your account’s “Ship from” address, which you can review here:

So make sure to set it accurately, otherwise you will be unable to select a different shipping range.
Each country comes with it’s own default delivery time.

So one of my problems is that I have a warehouse in France that is supposed to deliver products strictly to France. But the max default delivery time of 3 to 5 days is not enough. Is there anyway to change that?
