I had a parcel lost with 100 units lost by UPS. This happened in March (before the new reimbursement policy took place)
Now I got my reimbursement for those units for the sourcing cost although it went missing during the old policy regime.
Now I need someone to talk to this Ersin from Managing Director who copies and paste the same message with no sense not addressing this issue.
The sourcing cost I have been reimbursed for is £20 per unit but the average cost of that item is around £37-39

The reimbursement policy is applied for when the reimbursement is issued not when your items went missing.
If your cost is higher than what you have been reimbursed then you need to follow the correct procedure and supply your invoices for verification.

I have had no positive reply so far.
My shipment was lost in March, before the new reimbursement policy took place where you used to reimburse the average selling amount minus fee.
So in essence for one X001LFUP47 I would get £39.90 minus fee.
So based on 100 units lost I would have received £3,990!
Now I had my reimbursement finally but you applied the NEW POLICY to it which remburses me only sourcing costs. so now for X001LFUP47 you only reimburse £20..
There is a discrepancy of £1,990 which I need.
Now do not use the tool to re-evaluate reimbursmnet which is USELESS, this is a matter of manually reimburse £3,990.

2. Reimbursement FNSKU X001LFUP47
The legal route is the only route left. Please rectify this
