Sending two separate orders to same address
hI,i'm trying to send two separate orders with the same address to one courier delivery.The message I'm receiving is
'Same tracking ID entered for multiple orders, please provide a valid tracking ID'
Can you help ?

If you haven't sent it yet split the deliveries and send each individually. Tracking numbers are unique so won't cover two orders.

Hello TheLinenMouse,
Don't do this.
Firstly, as you have discovered you can't have the same Tracking Number for 2 different order/deliveries.
Secondly, you haven't got a Proof of Posting for the second if the parcel goes astray and you want to claim a refund from the P. O. (if you can!)
Thirdly, you have no evidence that you sent the second item
Fourthly if one order is consequently 'untracked' the customer can claim non-delivery and a refund.
Send orders in 1 parcel each with 1 tracking number
Customers have to learn that if they want more than 1 of each item they must put more than 1 in their shopping basket and place their order that way.

Always use 2 separate tracking numbers. Too many scammers just waiting to catch you out.

dont not combine orders, it may seem a big waste but they have been ordered separately and must be sent separately
