Removal order is taking over 8 weeks?
Hello Sellers,
Our removal order is currently taking over 8 weeks, we’ve received about 50% and the last 5 weeks nothing has changed. No extra units were removed.
We’ve opened a case about 2 weeks ago and asked the FBA-team to investigate this, but they still haven’t resolved this.
We need to get these units back as soon as possible, because there is still inventory in the FBA warehouse we’re unable to reinstate our 3 best-selling products…
Any advice on how we can speed up this process? Is there maybe a direct e-mail address to the FBA-team?

Other threads on the forum indicate that removals are taking a long time. Possibly because FC staff are too busy coping with incoming stock, which are equally taking a long time to be logged in and distributed
