Forced to ORF2 Warehouse But Getting Error Code To Ship To Richmond Instead????
Using Non-partnered carrier here to ship to USA warehouse.
I got asked to ship to ORF2 warehouse but the FBA label DOES NOT auto generate the correct address that amazon wants me to ship to.
Error code: "To avoid possible disruptions, the following ship to address must be used for small-parcel shipments via UPS that are sent to the ORF2 fulfillment center: ORF2 via UPS Richmond, 9603 Coach Road, Richmond, VA 23297"
So how do I do this????
(1) No matter how many countless workflows I've created, the issue does not auto correct. FBA label still points to the Portsmouth address
(2) Called Amazon - the customer support has no solution for me
(3) Emailed Amazon, robotic customer support replied instead, again no solution that helps to solve the wrong FBA label issue by Amazon system.
Help someone! My shipment is waiting to go out and now has to be halted thanks to this.

Did you try a partnered carrier( UPS)?

I was having the same issue.
Here's what I found.
If you use a partnered carrier and print labels in Seller Central, we’ll automatically generate shipping labels with the correct, alternate address.
If you arrange your own shipping with UPS, you must print labels with the alternate (Coach Road) address.
You can continue to use the physical address for ORF2 (Portsmouth blvd) when shipping with other carriers.
