Schedule a Video Audit

Hi, my account is suspended and I made an appointment for a video verification.

The 1st appointment was on June 14 at 11am and I never received notification that that appointment was successful.

The 2nd appointment was on June 17th at 11am, but until now I have not received notification of the success of that appointment.

How can I receive the email notification 48 hours before the video review? Thanks

@Winston_AmazonThe UK site is being audited because of the associated Canadian store, but I'm not selling any items on the Canadian site. I was told that in order to appeal the Amazon Europe site, I had to complete a review of the Americas site.

I made an appointment for video verification, but I never received a notification to schedule a video review.

Can you help me schedule a video call? I need your help with this! Thank you.
