No Orders Since Return Request 7 days ago
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if I am being stifled in search after receiving a return request 7 days ago.
I'm in Handmade and I last received an order 8 days ago.
The customer wishing to return bought 2 different items on 2 seperate days and has kept one of them, then requested a return on the other without giving a reason. I authorised it, but have yet to receive the return from her.
Yesterday I noticed that this item has come up as Very Poor on the Voice of the Customer Page, as a negative customer experience, but I have never received any complaint or correspondence about this.
Why has this come up as a negative experience if no feedback was given or complaint made, perhaps she just compared the two items and liked the other better? Also, is this affecting me getting new orders? I would have thought I'd have some orders over the weekend as it's the end of the month :/

Ignore Voice of the customer, every time that a customer says something negative about your product in a return, feedback, review etc it marks down your product and can lead to a Poor or Very Poor
It is a waste of time unless you get repeat complaints of the same nature then you should look into it.
A Very poor product in Voice of the Customer shouldn't impact your sales. Nor should a return request.
Look at your delivery times make sure Amazon haven't extended this. How many orders would you normally expect in a day, if it is just 1 or 2 then it may just be quiet for you now. If it is several look at your metrics to make sure they are all okay.
