Account deactivated - money trapped in amazon
Hi everyone, Can somebody please help , we had our account deactivated by amazon on 12th August (from what we can see no fault of our own) and Amazon REFUSE to help us - so unfortunately we have had to cease trading on amazon - damn shame
The problem we have is there is approx £3000 in our account just stuck there , any ideas how we can get at it please ?

It is going to depend on what actually happened. If they’ve declined appeals and say your account will remain deactivated then they generally hold all funds for 90 days. After the 90 days you can then ask for the remaining balance to be paid by emailing disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk. They will make the decision whether to pay out or keep the funds.

Hi, the account was de-activated due to a section 3, we have sent all the information they asked for but we just got the same copy and paste response with no help at all. Given up now trying to get our account re-activated but just want they money that they are now holding

We were told it was linked to another de-activated account. but we do not have any other accounts.

Amazon say we are linked via the first 3 letters which are WEB but that makes no sense to me
I do have my own account which i use to buy things from amazon so that name would be the same. It does have a seller account but i never opened it and it was de-activated years ago and then suddenly on 12th August the business account was de-activated

You are on here as Vital Signs Direct - you have your Brands on here selling signs under the name Vital Signs Direct. You state you have had your account suspended but on your listings there is another seller called PW Direct (Auction Pax Ltd) which on the Vital Signs Direct website ‘about us’ you state you are the same companies
Do you have 2 accounts - one as Vital Signs Direct and one as PW Direct ?

If it was, or is and needs something doing to it. Question is what as every time we ask amazon we get no help

There are two completely separate businesses, one sold packaging the other signs. Since amzon’s action PWDIRECT is buying signs from Vital to sell

Yes we did as they are two completely separate businesses, they allowed it and as you can see the packaging account is still up and running as it is in no way connected
