Hi Guys any one else have a same issues.
I am devastated as my payment supposed to get paid today (04/08/2024) and is withheld my £2500 . Just wanted to Cry!!! as I have now Im in debt as I cant pay my credit card back!!!
My issues is Complex as my Surname on Passport is different from my Correspondence name.
Any all my Legal document in the UK Bank, Mortgages, Pensions and all Correspondences are in my Marriage Name.
At first I used my Driving License and they didn't accept it.
They need my passport and I submitted it. Of course Primary Name is will be different as I have spoken the supporters numerous times and that didn't work.
Could you any one please advice how to resolved this?
I don't get it why Amazon so bad dealing with this problems. Do they care how much trouble you have to owed a lot of money and cant pay back to the back?
I don't know what else to do to resolve this!!!!

Amazon are not being overly difficult- they are legally required to check all your info. If your documents don’t all match up then they cannot verify your info.
They can’t/wont make exceptions I’m afraid.

Sorry to hear that you are having difficulties but this is completely down to you. You can't go through life with different names and use whichever name suits you.
You said that your legal documents are in your married name but your passport is in what I presume to be your maiden (unmarried) name.
Do you not think that your passport is a legal document? You can't get a more legal document than your passport so it should be in your married name.
Update your passport and then Amazon will be able to verify you. It might take a while but it is the only way.
