brand approval help
we currently have a listing, it has not launched yet and its got our brand name but is still labelled as generic. we want to get brand approval. It wont matter about starting a new listing as we haven't launched yet. When we go through the steps its asking for our Product ID, UPC and telling us we need to have barcodes on our product in the picture. I thought you only needed to prove your brand and logo for brand approval, we don't want brand registry. can anyone let me know if you have a solution. thanks

I assume you were attempting to list a product not sold on Amazon. On that first page, you have to provide a product name and category, then a brand and product ID (barcode) did you provide a brand but state you had a barcode (or not tick the my product does not have an identifier box)?

Does the product identify your brand in any way? Even on the packaging?
Do you have GS1 barcodes?
