FC PROCESSING?
I have a bunch of my inventory getting stuck in F Processing. It is unusual as this never happens. What is FC Processing? I have ASIN listed as not in stock but it has been at the amazon facility for weeks. I have called Amazon customer service numerous times and they are telling me nothing is wrong and the items are available which is not true. To make matters worse i keep getting stranded inventory notifications for these items in FC Processing and when i call Amazon they tell me nothing is wrong. If i can get some help to explain to me what is going on that would be great

As detailed on the Reserved Inventory report help page:
FC processing: These units have been sidelined at the fulfillment center for additional processing, such as verification of item dimensions and weight, pending investigations, or pending removal orders.
If you have case IDs you'd like me to check into I'd be happy to take a look.
