Tariffs Off Again
A 2nd federal judge has just ruled that this tariff nonsense is unlawful (congress is supposed to be involved).
So basically we are back to square one. Embarrassing but also costly to those who have paid tariffs (i.e., Busy Baby) and those who switched to domestic products, only to rejoin the same competitive environment they thought had changed (I am in the latter group--I bought some US product that had previously suffered due to Chinese competition and market saturation soon after I introduced it).

So, what do we have here now? I wish I know what's happening, but it's a total chaos. I should order restocks for my business, but I'm too afraid of it. Is the tariffs on? Or not anymore? Is it back? Or not? :-(

All I can say my friend is, base all your decisions on the current market price with the tariffs. Then if they get revoked later, you get a bonus. That way you don't get burned.
It's really tough when you do pre-orders like I do with my business. And you really don't know the future. But all you can do is base your nformation on the market at hand. That's the best any of can do.
